Join Rebecca and Coleen for a SPECIAL 2HR workshop on Sunday August 6th where they combine Yin Yoga and Sound Therapy!
Yin Yoga is described as a quiet contemplative practice. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body. Sound therapy is a deeply relaxing practice as well where the body/mind soak in the sounds and vibrations of all the instruments including Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and much more leaving YOU to feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated The two combined will be something you don’t want to miss out on!
